Do you have surveys for other hospital units besides Emergency?
Yes we do! In addition to ED CAHPS surveys, Arbor is CMS-certified to conduct HCAHPS as well as OAS CAHPS surveys for Hospital Outpatient Departments. We aim to deliver actionable insights for the entire spectrum of care.
Can our hospital still participate if we have low volume?
Yes! We are happy to take on clients of all shapes and sizes. As a small company ourselves, we admire the hospitals who are otherwise exempt from CMS survey requirements but choose to do so for the betterment of their patient care. We also have solutions for facilities with low response rates on top of their already low volume. Ask us about it today!
Will I be charged for each additional call you have to make?
We will never charge extra if it takes more than one attempt to reach a patient. In fact, CMS allows us to call each patient up to 5 times! However, there are certain instances where completed surveys above the agreed-upon yearly target may occur, resulting in a small fee. We do our best to curb this by working closely with clients to understand their needs and volume before a new project is started. You will never be charged for anything outside of what is written in your contract.
